SXJ type hydroclone

General Description
　　SXJ type hydroclone is the universal unit recently developed by SCERI, whose metal shell is lined with wear-resistant rubber. It is suitable for the solids classification and dewatering of slurry、solid-liquid separation、the sand removal of industrial water as well as waste water treatment., especially in the classification of grinding medium in the sludge process of kinescope production.
　　The rough particles(heavy)revolve downward at action of centrifugal force and flow out from outlet underneath quantitatively or unquantitatively, mean-while the fine or light particles (clarified liquor) flow out upward form ov-erflow pipe.
　　SXJ type hydroclone mainly consists of cylinder section, cone section and duct pipe. The flow areas of feed inlet, discharge pipe and fine product( or clarified liquor) outlet can be regulated, whose different combinations can meet the requirements of different processes, i.e. classification, dewatering, clarification or separation. The hydroclone can be used singly or be used in series(imparalled) to get different technical effect.
