TC type tube and chain powder conveyor is a novel product based on assimilating with foreign new technology. Because it has solved the difficult problem on remote transportation of heavy powder for powder mechanical conveying, it has filled in the native gap. The conveyor has lots of advantages such as large traction for powder’s circular feeding: long transportation distance, easy use, low power consumption and space requirement. The material for transportation is wide: As well as fragile material, common powder, powder like granular or pellet form, it also can transport titanium dioxide, calcium oxide, oxalic acid, carbon black, ferric oxide, silica and other heavy mate-rials. The powder can be transported by several moving method including straight ahead moving, right angle turn, Z shape mo-ving etc. Along the enclosed tube in the tridimensional space, the horizontal transport distance can be up to about 20m and the vertical transport distance can be up to about 10m.
